Our immigration consultants are fully licensed and qualified as required by The College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants. They have the knowledge and experience needed to help you prepare, submit, and follow up with your immigration application. Some of the other immigration services are as follows;

Common-law Partner or Spouse Sponsorship

If you’re eligible, you can sponsor your spouse, partner, or dependent children to become permanent residents of Canada.

If you do, you must be able to:
  • Support them financially
  • Make sure they don’t need social assistance from the government
As a permanent resident, you have the right to
  • Get most social benefits that Canadian citizens receive, including health care coverage.
  • Live, work, or study anywhere in Canada.
  • Apply for Canadian citizenship.
  • Protection under Canadian law and the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms
  • You must pay taxes and respect all Canadian law at the federal, provincial, and municipal levels.

Study/Work Permit

You can work while studying, help your spouse or common-law partner get a work permit, and stay temporarily or permanently in Canada after graduation from DLI. Contact us for more details. We would assist you to the best of our abilities.

Home Childcare Provider Pilot and Home Support Worker Pilot

Canada has recently created two home caregiver pilot programs for home support workers. As an experienced home care support worker, you can be eligible to be a permanent resident of Canada.

Permanent Residency

A permanent resident is a person who has been given permanent resident status by immigrating to Canada but is not a Canadian citizen. Permanent residents are citizens of other countries.

A person in Canada temporarily, like a student or foreign worker, is not a permanent resident.

Refugees who resettled from overseas become permanent residents through the Government-Assisted Refugee Program or the Private Sponsorship of Refugees Program.
Someone who makes a refugee claim in Canada does not become a permanent resident directly. First, the Immigration and Refugee Board must approve their claim. Then, they must apply for and get permanent resident status.

Citizenship

To be eligible to become a Canadian citizen, you must
  • Be a permanent resident.
  • Have lived in Canada for three years out of the last five years.
  • Have filed your taxes, if you need to.
  • Pass a test on your rights, responsibilities, and knowledge of Canada.
  • Prove your language skills.
There are additional or different requirements if you are
  • Applying for a minor (under age 18).
  • A Canadian applying for your adopted child born outside Canada.
  • A current or former Canadian Armed Forces (CAF) member applying under the fast-track process.
  • A past Canadian citizen who wants their Canadian citizenship back (including current and former CAF members).
